Overall shirt condition is good, with strong colours and shape, but may show signs of age such as small pulls, bobbles, minor marks, or light wear to badges or sponsors.

Great overall quality with bright colours. May show minimal signs of wear such as small bobbles or slight marks due to age.
Excellent
Bright colours with badges and sponsors remaining in great condition despite age.
Condition ratings are relative to age. An older shirt in excellent condition may still show small signs of wear, whereas more recent retro shirts may feel closer to new.
Due to the nature of vintage materials, hand wash is recommended to preserve quality.

What's inside a Mystery Football Shirt Box?
Each box contains a 100% authentic, officially licensed football shirt from one of over 50 leagues and 30+ countries worldwide. Every shirt is brand new with tags - you just won't know which one until you open it!
Can I request to avoid certain teams?
Yes, just leave a note in the comment box at checkout with any teams or leagues you'd like us to avoid. We'll do our best to accommodate, but we can't guarantee specific shirts will be included.
Are the shirts genuine?
Absolutely. Every shirt we send is 100% authentic and officially licensed. We source everything brand new in box or brand new with tags - no replicas, ever.
What sizes are available?
We offer sizes from XS through to 3XL for adults, and ages 5-6 up to 13-14 for kids. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up, as cuts vary between manufacturers.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders are typically dispatched same day and arrive within 2-3 working days. If you've ordered before 2pm and selected express shipping your order will be dispatched the same day. US orders are shipped express and usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
We accept exchanges for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order - all you have to do is reach out to support@mysteryfootball.co.uk. Due to the mystery nature of our boxes we can't accept returns simply because you'd prefer a different shirt.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes - subscribe and save 10% on every order, get free delivery after 3 months, and receive early access to new shirts and sales. You can cancel anytime.
