🎅 CHRISTMAS CUT OFF DATES 🎅

Christmas is nearly here, so make sure your Mystery Football order arrives in time.
If you’re in the UK, here are the final cut-off dates:

  • For Standard Delivery, place your order by 11:59pm on the 17th of December.
  • For Tracked 24, place your order by 1pm on the 19th of December.
  • For DPD Express, get it in by 1pm on the 22nd of December.

After these dates, we can’t guarantee it’ll make it under the tree so the earlier you order, the better.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of the order being placed. If you have selected DPD Express and ordered before 1pm, your order will ship same working day. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders that are placed on a weekend will not be dispatched until Monday at the earliest. Please only contact us if your order has not been dispatched within 2 working days of you placing the order. 

Our dispatch periods are subject to change during periods of high volumes of orders. Information on temporary dispatch period changes or delays will be available on the Delivery Policy. Please check your order confirmation - this will confirm the current dispatch period for you order. 

UK Delivery

We offer three UK Delivery options via Royal Mail and DPD: 

Royal Mail Standard Delivery (£3.99) usually arrives within 2-3 working days* from dispatch. Please allow 2 working days for your order to be dispatched when selecting standard delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£5.99) arrives within 1-2 working days* from dispatch. If ordered before 1pm, your order will be dispatched on the same working day.

DPD Express (£6.99) arrives within 1 working day* from dispatch. With this delivery method, you will receive a one hour time slot on the delivery date. If ordered before 1pm, your order will be dispatched on the same working day.

Republic of Ireland Delivery

For our customers in the ROI, we offer a DPD Express 2 Day service. This service usually arrives 2 working days from dispatch*, provided there are no customs delays. This service starts at £12.99.

International Delivery

We offer two International Delivery options via DHL:

DHL Express

DHL Express delivers Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Below are the delivery aims and starting prices. Prices are dependant on destination and weight.

DHL Globalmail

DHL Globalmail delivers Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Parcels sent via Globalmail will be transported from our warehouse via DHL Express to Deutsche Post International Mail Centre in Germany. Tracking will only become available once your parcel reaches Germany, so please allow up to 3 working days from dispatch for tracking to update. Your parcel will then be sent through Germany's postal system and forwarded to the destination country, where your parcel will be delivered by your national postal service.

Please note - if DHL Globalmail is not available in the destination country, your order will be sent via Royal Mail. 

Australia and New Zealand

Unfortunately, DHL Globalmail is currently unavailable in Australia and New Zealand. Orders placed to these destinations that have selected Standard International Delivery rather than DHL Express will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service. Prices start from £12.99 and the delivery aim from dispatch is 7 working days. 

Duties, Taxes and Returned Parcels

Please be advised that ordering from outside the UK may incur import taxes and duties. It is your responsibility as the customer to make payment for these fees. If you are unsure if you will be liable to pay import fees, we suggest you check your governments policy on importing from the UK before placing your order. 

In the event your order is returned to us due to being unclaimed or an address issue, we will offer the choice of redelivery (fees may apply) or a store credit refund. If you choose to refuse your order at customs, we have the right to deduct return delivery costs from your refund where applicable.
